Tight foreskin
I can able to pull the foreskin inside when my penis size is small. When I get errection I can't able to pull it inside. I searched on Internet and the name of this called phimosis. I have tried stretching it but no better result. Maybe I didn't do that correct. It would be great if anyone provide me the exact ways to stretch. And I have another issue. Once in a month sperm ejaculation happens in my sleep. Before or after the ejaculation 60 to 70% errection always there for almost a couple of hours. In those times inside of my penis is reddish and itching sometimes. And when I pull my foreskin inside at that time the skin looks like pharamosis. Waiting for your suggestion. Thanks in advance.

It's phimosis, need surgery as treatment. Consult a surgeon or urologist, to get it operated before marriage. It has nothing to do with Erectile capacity.
