Tight foreskin I am 25 years old
Since I know I only tried few times to pull my penis backwards to see forehead but when I tried it is very tight I could see only 20% of the forehead I never tried very hard pulling but I could see more skin on my tip of the penis. I never had sex since now I masturbate by hitting on bed not by hand. 3month back I pulled my forehead skin fully by applying oil but does not slip back my skin was rolled so unable to cover after lot times I tried finally I did.Advise how to treat expect circumcision

Thank you for asking. I can understand the distress you are through. It strongly appears to be a problem of Phemosis. You must consult with a general surgeon regarding its management. Depending upon the degree of constriction at the foreskin, the management can be decided. Secondly, do not try to forcefully retract the skin. You must discuss the treatment options and your fears at the surgeon.
