Tight blinking of eyes

Recently my son has started blinking tightly more often. His vision seems normal, we have got vision test done.. What could be the problem?

Vision could be normal. Such recent behavior may suggest allergic changes under the upper eye lids. If so, it can be easily overcome by using some eye drops. To confirm, your child will need an eye evaluation by an ophthalmologist.
