Tibial stress fracture
Hi i have stress fracture in my left tibial because i am practiced start running for my police constable selection. Now 5months completed from that day. Here when i am walking there is no pain but now i started practice for my next pc selection i had slightly pain in my tibial I want to know is there i am doing right or not?

Hi, If it is fully healed then gradually build it up rather than going suddenly fully. walking for 1 week if it is fine then go for jogging next week, then jumping then running. if pain happens set it back for another week.
