Hi my age 35 , I am a high BP patient. In health preventive reports my t3 t4 is normal but tsh is 15.80 . Does that mean I have thyroid? . Dr gave me a Thyrox 25 tablet.are these tablets good for health?what are the reasons for thyroid and how to recover from this? Without tablets can I recover?

Yes, it means you have hypothyroidism. There are multiple reasons for becoming hypothyroid, it could be autoimmune. It could be genetic. It could be anything. The only way to recover from this is to take the prescribed medication’s regularly and evaluate your TSH levels at regular intervals. You cannot recover without tablets.
