I have tsh 20, I am taking thyronorm of mcg 75. Shd i continue the same or increase or decrease dose

Only Tsh can't decide your dose. You need to do the complete thyroid profile & thyroid antiglobulin as well. Thyroid dose also depend on your body weight & other medical conditions. For exact dosing please visit your physician.

Thyroid disorder is caused due hormonal Imbalanc. You  are taking English medicines since long time & your body  is dependent on that. With those medicines your TSH levels will keep on fluctuating.
