I hv thyroid(high tsh) . M on eltroxin from 2 yrs. Tomrrw my thyroid gland scan is done . My thyroid scan stts is
Both lobe of thyroid norml in size ,shape and ecotexture.both thyroid lobes slightly coarse echogenisity ..no enlarged lymph nodes r seen in neck.no sol seen in either side..
Reslt.. slightly coarse echogenicity is both lobes of thyroid
1 yr ago i quit medcn for 5 mnth thn tsh high bt now from 1 yr again m on eltroxin nd now tsh is norml
Plz tell me is it nodules or is it okay .m much wrried . Plzzz tell me m very stressd

Hello,
You don’t need to worry, there are no nodules in thyroid gland based on your results of thyroid scan. Please continue thyroid medication/ eltroxin regularly and get regular TSH done atleast every 3 months.
