Hi doctor I am 36 male 5.8 height 67kgs with having thyroid since a year taking thyronorm medication 50mcg 1. How to know if my thyroid is hypo or hyper 2. I have difficult gaining weight but i am within my bmi 22 but my wrist extremely thin look like college student 3. My metabolism is fast I follow a healthy diet 4. Is there a way can we stop thyroid medication and maintain diet Please let me  know a solution to this doctors feeling depressed thank you

Thyronorm 50 is suggested for hypothyroidism If ur t3,t4 are less than normal range and tsh is higher then it is hypothyroidism..in some cases t3,t4 may be normal too.
