Hello doctor I have nose problem Phelgam on my neck because of that have too much headache and thyroid my thyroid is always low because of that feel low like fever can you suggest me some medicine for basic

They are two different problems that you have. Nose and phlegm issue could be due to a mild sinusitis. And thyroid needs to be evaluated by doing a hormonal assay and scanning. Kindly visit a nearby ent specialist
