Hi I have been very sick the last 4 months and I wondered if it could be because of my under active thyroid. I-sleeping for 3days straight, throwing up for hours, experiencing loud signing in my ears, dizziness, high blood pressure of 148/ 129 and low 62/40 vision problems dark spots , fainting, picking up weight, strange feeling in my throat like something is stuck and I can't get it swallowed, not registering at times don't know where I amno energy.Bloodtests differ keeps lowering not on meds

Since you have many significant symptoms you need to be evaluated in detail. You may need to undergo complete cardiac evaluation along with general evaluation. Get thyroid tests also. Definitely hypothyroidism can cause such symptoms but clinical examination is mandatory to confirm any diagnosis
