Do I have to take medicines lifelong, I am just 25.
Also, I have gained some weight and my BP is around 146/90.

Yes the report suggest u have hypothyrodisum. So for that u need to start thyroid medicines. Usually thyroid treatment is long term. Thyroid can effect in any age so u need to take medicines.
