I had tsh value 5.5 one month ago . And I don't take any medication at this point my doubt is is it take iron tablets 65 mg everyday will that cause hypothyroidism .. ???

No, iron tablet won't. Keep watch on TSH. Repeat it every 6 months.
No need to start medicine for this value except otherwise your gynaecologist suggests you to take it.
