Hi , i m a hypothyroid patient so can i have green tea ? If yes then at wat time i should take. Shuld i take on empty stomach or not. Preferring tulsi honey chamomile green tea from organic india.

please have green tea. its not necessary to have it on empty stomach. not advised to have more than one cup a day

You can have it once a day and shouldn't have it too many times as it can increase the metabolism and overstimulate the adrenal glands. So limit it to once a day.
