T3-0.84ng/mL,T4-6.10ug/dL,TSH-6.37uIU/mL. These are the thyroid test results. I also had slight weight gain. Are these tests normal or should I have to get it treated?

TSH is slightly above the normal range. If you are devoid of symptoms , repeat it after 3 months( and get FT4 and tsh done)
