My sisiter having thyroid,my question is too have thyroid ?the reason why im asking is my sister eat day by day thyroid curing high estrogen rich foods does it also affect me?also i have problem like belly fat,low drive while masturbate.

With Hypothyroidism should avoid estrogen rich foods
If men consume same, it can potentially affect testosterone levels and contribute to reducing libido
