Impression of ultrasound of thyroid report:ultrasound findings are suggestive of multinodular goiter changes. Do we need for surgery now?

hi, mere ultrasound impression is not sufficient to decided the requirement of surgery , surgery s performed if its toxic , compressive symptoms ,suspected malignancy .....so FNAC , thyroid hormone levels are required . get it done and consult ur surgeon
