Thyroid Dosage
My mother is having hypothyroidism from past 4yrs and she is taking medication for it. Currently results show TSH value as 2.34. Her age is 60. Previously She is taking 50mcg from Monday to Friday and 75mcg on Saturday and Sunday before above Test. Can anyone please tell us do we need to continue same medication of dosage ?

TSH is normal, she can take 50mcg every day one on empty stomach early morning and repeat test after 2months

Hi... TSH 2.34... is absolutely normal... Just continue same dose... 50 mcg Monday to Friday, 75 mcg on Saturdays and sundays... Any further query... Consult
