10 years is a very long period during which no periodical monitoring was done to titrate thyroxine dosage .As thyroid is very essential hormone, you need to do few blood investigation that includes CBC,renal profile, fasting glucose level , HBA1C Lipid profile liver function tests, TSH , free T4 free T3, thyroid peroxidase antibody , vitamin d , PTH Urine analysis and ECG When the results are available , consult with a endocrinologist in your area  for clinical examination and further management.
