FYI... Everybody has a Thyroid gland. Yours may be diseased. Please consult a good ENT, Head & Neck Surgeon to properly investigate your thyroid and diagnose the exact disease your thyroid is affected with and treat accordingly.

It is not clear whether u have hyperthyroidism or hypothyroidism, so it is difficult to answer, u will need to put up the values of ur thyroid profile
