Asked for Female, 29 Years

Sir today my thyroid blood check report came..report values are total t3 64.34 ng/dl , total t4 2.6 ugm/dl , TSH 147.70 uIU/ml , kindly tel me , what type of thyroid disorder I have.. am so scared seein TSH as 147.70 uIU/ml.. pls help ! Why is it so high ? It should be 5.5 only na max ??
