Thyroid and soy
I am planning to start having multi grain atta and wanted to know if its safe with my thyroid condition since it has soy in it too. I am on Thyronorm 50mg.

Hello, Soy can inhibit absorption and it can increase the dose of thyroid medicines. So you should avoid it.

Hi You can take the multigrain aata but avoid  soy in it as it can effect and interfere in the medication absorption in the Body
