Thyroid and PCOM
I have PCOM and hypothyroid. Thyroid test result is attached. Can anyone advise if this hypothyroid can be reversed or can b cured completely without medicine looking at the stage where it is now. Or is medication for thyroid going to have any negative reaction. Please advise.

Unlikely that it will go away especially if you have symptoms of tiredness etc. Can do tpo antibodies but not fully predictive of hypothyroidism. Also share the other 13 pages and why you got these tests done and medications you are on. Many supplements and Ayurveda homeopathic medications can interfere with the results.
