Thyroid abnormal high
Hi, I have been trying to concieve since last 6 months.I have very irregular cycles(normally periods come after taking deviry10mg) recently have done hormonal tests and pelvic scan which revealed that my all reports are normal and scan shows normal uterus and ovaries. But my thyroid level is 6.9 which is more than limit! I am already taking 25 mg tablets. It is high time for me to get pregnant now. Can i get pregnant after making my thyroid level normal? or i need to go for laproscopy as well. waiting for prolactin and FSH results as well. HSA will be done in a day.

Hello , most likely you are a case of pcod . Important is to know your weight , age , BMI . Also before going for laproscopy , you can also take ovulation induction with medicine and injections

Please do not take stress and as i see you have done the basic hormone study,so wait for prolactin report abd revert, also thyroid can easily be cirrected with medicines so increase the dose from 25 to 50mcg and you may add tab thyropace one daily for a month, start folic acid vitamin also and do ovulation study from day 10 of the cycle. In case ovulation study indicates AMH that is anti mullerian hormone needs to be checked too.
