Plz mention diet. I am taking 25 mg thyronom. I hv thyroid tsh 7.8 previously not had thyroid. Taking progestrrone 300 mg at night. No other complication

On daily basis add fruits, vegetables juice ,soup and salad in your diet. Take 1tsp triphala powder with normal water before bed 3 to 4 days in a week.

Hi Hypothyroidism - Avoidances * Soya & soya products like Soya chunks, Soya milk, soyabean oil, Tofu (soyabean paneer), Edamame * Cruciferous veg. family like Cauliflower, cabbage, kale, turnip, Brussel sprouts, bokchoy etc. If taken, take in cooked form not in raw & salad form * Nuts like Pine nuts, peanuts, pearl millets * Fried & fatty food like Butter, fried stuff, red meat * Gluten like wheat, barley, rye * Refined items * Caffeine like tea, coffee, green tea. If taken, take in moderation. To be taken in Hypothyroidism - * Take whole grains like wheat, brown rice & oats * Brazil nuts * Fish like Salmon, sardines, mackerel * Chia seeds, flax seeds rich in Omega 3 * Spices like turmeric & ginger * Other sea food like oysters, shrimp etc.
