Thyroid 5.4 planning for pregnancy
Hi my TSH level is 5.4, I have been tasking thyronorm 125mcg since a year now, a never missed a dose I don't know why did the thyroid levels rise, can I add another 25mcg to 125? And check after a month by doing proper exercise and diet I also wanted to plan for my 2nd child when will be the best time? Kindly guide.
