Thyroid conditions are lifelong. U have to be on medications lifelong. We need to adjust the dose of ur medication every 3 months based on ur thyroid profile

Being a Male it is unlikely you will be off the tablets. Lifestyle and living healthy will not reduce dose. Loss of weight might.
