Is the mentioned level your TSH level? If so, it is in the borderline high range. However for planning pregnancy, this level needs treatment. There is no miraculous cure for hypothyroidism but it is easy to control by thyroid hormone replacement (available in form of a simple tablet). Kindly consult a doctor who will examine you, analyse your reports and start an appropriate dose if need be.
