Assuming that you wrok in front of computer from ur msg.
Proper positioning and adequate rest is mandatory if you work in computer.
Try to use ergonomic design chair
Make sure that your laptop is at your chest level and rest your elbow on the table while working.
Take adequate rest time in between your work.
Do some warm up exercise periodically while working.
( atleast normal movements of hands & neck- 5 counts each to relax yourself )
Use simple stretching of hand.
Do some neck exercise along with hand exercises with proper guidance .
If pain increase consultant expert and get treated..
Maintsin proper posture if you want to avoid further more issues to health.
Do neck stretching, strengthening, shoulder strengthening exercises.
Early morning warm up exercises will be helpfull if you keep it regular for yourself.
