Thumb pain from trauma
I was in a severe brake check about a month ago from my uber long story short he did it on purpose and I used my hands to stop myself on the dash and I went to the ER in an ambulance and my right hand at the time was really bruised so that’s what hurt initially and I got the hand x-rayed and everything was okay well about a week later my right hand the thumb in particular has severe pain I can’t open bottles or really carry anything with it. It hurts to move my thumb to my pinky and backward

It should be ligament injury, provided ur X-ray is ok ... to dislocation and subluxation to be ruled out
