Thumb does not bend at MCP joint
I am unable to bend both my thumbs at the MCP joint. It is by birth and My father and my son has the same deformity. Please help me with the name of the deformity and can it be treated. I don't have any injury.

It seems to be 'congenital trigger thumb' It usually needs surgery. However, I would like to examine you before giving any treatment.
