Throw up at night for once.
My son 3 months and 11 days old. He has been throwing up milk at night between 10 to 11pmnfor once for the past three days. Earlier he used to make only throw up action which was due to saliva. But now he throw milk after burping only at night for specific time. I feed him for every 2 or 2 1/2 hour. Does I am overfeeding.

Throwing up milk once or twice is normal.Just burp the child after feeds for 10 mins.

Nothing to worry about it .at this age it's normal.
Burp the baby well after each feed for 1/2an hr before let him sleep.
Maintain proper gap between two feeds

The throwing up episodes can be because of Gerd.
Depends on the feed he takes..
