Throw some light
My dad used to have severe pain in his chest, after every physical activity, even after a walk of 10-20 seconds, used to feel week a lot too, after blood test reports we got to know that his hemoglobin was 4.4 g/dl, doctors asumed it as anemia and intestinal ulcer, and after 3 blood infusions at the interval of 3 days each, along with medications which included iron capsules his hemoglobin came upto 8.2 g/dl and after three days it came to be even better with 8.6  g/dl hemoglobin till 10 days back. after all this doctors assumed that he has his kidney damaged  and they changed the medications which also includes iron but rest are for kidney problem, and also asked us to get a few testd done (in attachments) , and now the hemoglobin have fallen down to 7.2 g/dl. i've attached the reports, please have a look at the reports and lets us know what the issue actually is and what should my next steps be, we are financially chalengd and will be thankful to you. Thank you
