Female age 22 ,i have thrombocytopenia once for every 5 to 6 years from my childhood some times even only for 1 year gap last year i suffered from it and i used medicines as prescribed by our doctor and now am ok . but due to the medicines i had gained weight so i went through ketogenic diet for 10 to 15 days but now i heard that this diet also have some side effects . may i know can i continue this diet , according to my health issue? if not why? please answer me.thank you.

Fancy diet such as ke to, paleo and GM are not good for any one. These diet are originated for different Purpose not for weight loss. It cause various side effects on body and some time it also damage your nervous system and lead to coma also.

Hello dear
Don't follow any special diet for weight loss because in long run it's not effective.
Always follow high fibre diet n low fat n carbohydrates diet plan and do exercises.
Eat less and exercise more
Eat in small quantity
Walking one hr daily
Stop eating outside foods and packets foods junkfoods etc fatty food's.
Drink water 16glasses daily.
