Throbbing in temples, migraine & fatigue
Been having consistent headaches(throbbing feeling in temples), migraine flare ups( severe pain in the backside of the head where the spine joins the skull behind the ears), unexplained fatigue and weight gain in the past 2 months. Ferritin levels are at 7.2, HB at 12.4. Can it be non anemic iron deficiency, will an IV infusion help? My iron supplements are temporarily increasing ferritin levels but one menstrual cycle caused my ferritin to drop from 21 to 7.8. Im struggling with lethargy and severe hairfall the past year. Please help
