Throat Ulcer
Showing throat ulcer coming regularly .after few hours later size is reducing .eating food coming again especially spicy food.Not feel pain .now I am using b complex tablet one pcs each day

You could be having aphthous ulcers or maybe gastritis induced ulcers. Apart from b complex gargling would be a good option along with a course or antacids.
