Throat tightness
Since yesterday night I am having this throat tightening..it feels as if my throat is being pressurised.then it becomes a bit difficult to swallow..what is this ??

It might be due to infections. You can try gargling with warm water adding salt to it.Also practice steam inhalation for airway soothing.

Do warm water gargle with pinch of salt in it .could be pharyngitis ..if no fever only this much is sufficient
