Asked for Male, 36 Years

Feeling sensation in throat as if something is there whenever spit is passed through neck. No issue while eating or drinking.. also when I take food especially a bit spicy it also hurts the throat area..no swelling nothing else.. please provide solution and medicine.. i m a diabetic and have been taking kadha which comprises of neem methidana etc. the feeling is from last 6 days.. I have stopped taking kadha
