Inspire of taking pan tablet for more than 2 months, I still have throat pain when speak... Throat block is also there. What can I do now

Pan 40 tablet is not for throat pain.. unnecessary u should not take tablet without consulting.. u can try salt water gargling and drinking warm water daily
