For the last year and a half I have been having this problem in my throat where I feel something is stuck and every time I swallow I have this feeling of something so down and immediately it comes up on it’s own. I have seen a couple of ent specialists but they have not managed to diagnose anything.....please help

you may be having such sensation without any disease in throat , well described in literature. there are medicine available for that. i can not give medicine here on public platform. you need to chat privately or see some dr in person.
