Throat problem and irritation

Asked for Male, 30 Years

My husband is having constant pain(dull & sharp interminently) in ONLY left side of THROAT and EAR since 1 year+.and also constant POSTNASAL DRIP. All reports seems normal after consulting lots of ENT's(5 to 6). Although reports are old but our recent visit was on November 2019(direct laryngoscopy, CT PNS and Neck USG) nothing found although. Google is killng me- Big C stories later diagnosed- untreatable. We cant meet more doctors as of CORONA, what could be the problem is it really the 'C', N.b - I am attaching some reports of him

May be he is having Stylgia (elongated styloid process). Don’t worry and don’t get panic. You can search google about this disease.m, and then correlate symptoms. Once the situation improves, get a CT Scan ofbneck done to know the exact problem.
