Throat problem
Actually I m having this problem from past 4 years ...I don't use to coughing frequently but sometimes little bit of blood comes with it ... specially in winters and probably cold weather

Is it a fresh blood or clots?? Source of bleeding can be from nose , mouth and chest.so proper examination is required thn only a final diagnosis can be reached.
