Throat pain while swallowing bit cough
Hi, i have cold nd mild cough last week.. i have taken Sinarest nd Azax 250 tablets so feeling well but now sometimes i m getting cough and throat pain while swallowing..And ther is not reddish nd swelling in the throat.. i will attach the photo pls check and tell me what to do next.. thanks

Please don’t use self medication. Azithromycin 250 is of inadequate dosage.
