Throat pain
Tonsil stone , enlarged tonsils ( also red) , looks like a lump on the back of left tonsil, throat pain , chest pain, coughing every 5 seconds. Teeth vibrating, white spots on tongue and cheek. Also my nose bled twice while sleeping? What is wrong??

You are suffering from tonsillitis which is pretty common in young age. Start with warm saline gargles (add two teaspoons salt in a glass of warm water)  three to four times in a day. Also you start with ofloxacin200mg twice daily for five days and tablet ibuprofen 400mg three times daily for five days.
