Sir from a month I am facing a throat pain but while eating and speaking I am not getting pain at all ..and another thing is i bend my neck down for reading for approximately 40 to 45 minutes I am in that confusion is it pain in the throat or neck side .plse help me by giving your valuable answer..

Your pain may be due muscle tension due to prolong bending posture. It may be also due to LPR. Please consult an experienced ENT doctor for proper management.
