  4. Throat pain one side. What is that?

Throat pain one side
Throat pain on side from about a week. No fever but at night feels feverish temp around 99.0F. attaching picture for reference that red circled part is paining. What is that?? Anything serious. Also my tongue is black these days. Please help.
