Throat pain on swallowing
It pains in the middle part of throat and in the left side of the neck below the ear when I try swallow something. The pain triggers a slight heachache and ear pain for a moment everytime i swallow. A month ago, this was diagnosed as LPR and Nexpro 40mg was prescribed for 10 days. The problem has reappered again, not sure if this is LPR or severe throat infection. Please help me solve this once n for all. I am 80kgs in weight, 5.6 in height and 28yrs aged. This problem started this year and this is the third time it reappered. Please help Doctor

Reflux laryngopharyngitis is known to come repeatedly if dietary modifications are not done along with medications. Usually anti reflux medications are to be taken for the period of three months for long lasting benefits. Along with medications you need to have food at regular timings and you should not sleep immediately after dinner.
