Throat pain
Is this caused by some infection or is this a disorder/ulcer? This has been there since over 1 month. There is only moderate pain while swallowing and no fever, cough, cold. I have proctitis and anal fissures along with anaemia and fatigue rarely. I hope this is not Crohn's disease. Mild Fever (99.2°F) had been there for 2 days for very short duration.

Hi. Do you have any acidity issues? Long lasting mild pain in the throat with a throat looking like this could be due to reflux (LPRD). Simple antacids and lifestyle changes including, small frequent meals, avoiding hot spicy foods and tea/coffee, plenty of oral fluids etc could help. However it would be better if you see an ENT specialist physically to confirm the diagnosis. A simple office based endoscopy of the throat would be helpful in confirming the diagnosis.
