Throat pain
I'm felling pain in my throat and in the middle of it while touching there's a small gland (githi) that always make me feel pain whenever I stretch my head up. I can clearly hold that gland in between my two fingers. Please tell me what it could be if you get that what I'm telling and give some suggestion about the medication.

There are certain normal structures in the neck, like hyoid bone, thyroid and cricoid cartilages which can be palpated. To the untrained these structures seem abnormal and cause fear and apprehension. So don't fiddle with your neck, if you have any genuine symptoms consult an experienced ENT surgeon.
