  4. Throat pain. For that. pain is more now.

Throat pain
I have throat pain since yesterday. Slight cold also. I'm a primary teacher, most of my students are having cough and cold at school. When I have working close with them I also got it. Can I take Azithral 500 tablet . Please advise me the dosage for that. Pain is more now.
