  4. Throat pain. Water , kindly guide?

I am suffering from throat pain and irritation , having cough , cannot sleep at night properly , feeling some pulling in chest, having headache , don't like having food, which remedy should I try to get rid of this problem , it hurts in throat while drinking water , kindly guide ?

youare suffering from acute pharyngitis. you need to take antiinflammatories and decongestant. see nearby dr for proper antibiotics course after checkup. do warm saline gargles.
